On April 9, 2007, we received confirmation from the
Internal Revenue Service of our tax exempt status
under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue
Code. Contributions made to the Polish Tatra
Working Dog Association either directly or via the
JUST GIVE collaboration are deductible under section
170 of the Code. We are qualified to receive tax
deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under
section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the Code.
During our advance ruling period, which ends on
December 31, 2009, we will be considered a public
charity. After the advance ruling period, we are
expecting to be reclassified as a private foundation.
